Android Studio 2.2預覽版釋出 2013年的Google I/O大會中，Google首度推出開發工具Android Studio，在今年的Google I/O上，也進一步推出了Android Studio 2.2預覽版本。Android 專案管理總監Stephanie Saad Cuthbertson表示，全球有數百萬個開發者使用Android Studio，目前最熱門的125款應用程式如Uber、Spotify及Twitter，其中有92％都使用Android Studio所開發。
